This association exists to set the standard in international protocol and to support those who work within it. Examination and accreditation stand at the centre of what we do; around them sit a few ways in which we assist with the learning and the practice that come before and after.
Preparation
This association does not teach. How you prepare for an examination is entirely your own affair. Those who have studied alone and those who have trained elsewhere are received on the same footing.
That said, some look for a structured course of study. ICPA, the International Protocol Academy, is at present the affiliated institution offering courses aligned to our examinations.

Lecturer Training
For those who hold our accreditation, we provide a continuing programme of training.
The shape of international life shifts. Knowledge once acquired needs renewing in time. For those who stand before others to teach, in particular, we hope to offer fresh cases to consider and a place to sharpen the craft of instruction.

Where a sufficient number of candidates is gathered, we will hold an examination on a date suited to your institution. A venue of your choosing can be arranged.
